| 2. Material / Vật liệu | Thép cán nguội SPCC theo tiêu chuẩn JIS G 3141, độ dày 1.2mm. Vật liệu được xử lý làm sạch hoàn toàn bằng tẩy dầu kiềm + axit photphoric trước khi mạ. |
| 3. Surface Finish / Bề mặt | Mạ đa lớp: Cu (5μm) + Ni (8μm) + lớp top-coat Brass giả cổ. Màu sắc Antique Gold theo Pantone 871C / RAL 1036. Có thể custom màu khác theo yêu cầu khách. |

| 6 | Plating | What's the difference between Cr³⁺ and Cr⁶⁺ plating? | Cr³⁺ (Trivalent Chrome) is environmentally friendly, RoHS-compliant, and does not contain hexavalent chromium. It's required for products exported to EU, US, and most modern home appliance brands. Cr⁶⁺ has slightly higher gloss but is being phased out globally due to toxicity. NKTP defaults to Cr³⁺ unless specifically requested. |
| 7 | Plating | How thick is your typical nickel plating layer? | Standard nickel layer: 8-12μm for decorative use, 15-25μm for engineering applications. We can customize based on your salt-spray requirement (e.g., 144h, 240h, 480h) and end-use environment. |

Each piece has slight color variation typical of antique finishes; we have strict ΔE control to keep variation within acceptable range. |
| 9 | ED Coating | What's the salt-spray performance of your ED coating? | Our standard black ED epoxy coating achieves 240-480 hours per ASTM B117 with proper phosphate pre-treatment. Custom formulations for automotive Tier-1 (≥720h) are available. |
